All items sell in “as-is” condition with no warranties or guarantee especially electrical parts.
- Refund can be issued when the part/s arrived damaged or missing as long as you report the issue and submit photographs of the damage within 7 days after delivery of the part.
If you choose to get a refund for an eligible damaged or missing item, you’ll be refunded the purchase price, any applicable tax and the cost of standard delivery (if you were charged to have the item shipped to you).
- Return only can be issued when you received the wrong part/s as long as you report the issue and submit photographs within 7 days after delivery of the part.
Returned items without an authorisation will not be accepted.
